This Privacy Policy describes how Zelonyx ("we", "us") handles information collected through zelonyx.com (the "Site").

Information we collect

We collect only the information you choose to share with us:

• Contact chat: if you use the chat on the Site, we ask for your name, an email address or phone number, and a short description of your topic. This information is transmitted to our inbox (info@zelonyx.com) via Web3Forms, a form-delivery service, solely so we can respond to you.
• Booking: if you book a conversation, scheduling happens through Google Calendar's appointment booking. Any information you enter there is processed by Google under Google's own privacy policy.
• Email: if you email hello@zelonyx.com directly, we receive the information you include in your message.
• Analytics: the Site uses Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies (_ga and _ga_*) to recognize a returning browser. It records which pages you view, an approximate location derived from your IP address, and your device and browser type. If you arrive through a link containing a ?ref= value — the links we use in outreach emails — that value is recorded too, so we can tell which message brought you here. We use this to understand how the Site is found and used, not to build a profile of you.

What we do not collect

The Site does not use advertising trackers or social-media pixels. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes, and we do not use the analytics described above for advertising.

Third-party services

The Site relies on a small number of service providers to function: Netlify (hosting), Google Fonts (typography), Web3Forms (chat message delivery), Google Calendar (booking), and Google Analytics (site measurement). Each processes limited technical data (such as IP addresses in server logs) under its own privacy policy.

How we use your information

We use the information you share only to respond to your inquiry, schedule and prepare for conversations you request, and carry out any engagement that follows. We retain correspondence for as long as needed for these purposes or as required by law.

Your rights

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing hello@zelonyx.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable data-protection law (such as the CCPA or GDPR).

Security

The Site is served over HTTPS. We take reasonable measures to protect the information you share with us, though no method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure.
