• Contact chat: if you use the chat on the Site, we ask for your name, an email address or phone number, and a short description of your topic. This information is transmitted to our inbox (info@zelonyx.com) via Web3Forms, a form-delivery service, solely so we can respond to you.
• Booking: if you book a conversation, scheduling happens through Google Calendar's appointment booking. Any information you enter there is processed by Google under Google's own privacy policy.
• Email: if you email info@zelonyx.com directly, we receive the information you include in your message.

What we do not collect

The Site does not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or social-media pixels. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-party services

The Site relies on a small number of service providers to function: Netlify (hosting), Google Fonts (typography), Web3Forms (chat message delivery), and Google Calendar (booking). Each processes limited technical data (such as IP addresses in server logs) under its own privacy policy.

We use the information you share only to respond to your inquiry, schedule and prepare for conversations you request, and carry out any engagement that follows. We retain correspondence for as long as needed for these purposes or as required by law.
